After the Stock Exchange implemented a simplified transfer mechanism to allow qualified GEM issuers to transfer to the Main Board in accordance with Chapter 9B of the Main Board Listing Rules, the Board of Directors is pleased to announce that on May 9, 2024, the Company submitted a formal application to the Stock Exchange to apply for listing and allowing trading of shares on the Main Board by transfer in accordance with Chapter 9B of the Main Board Listing Rules. The proposed transfer to the listing will not involve the company issuing any new shares.
